Elisa is an Associate in the London office of Johnson Law Group, where she acts in complex commercial litigation, group actions and cross-border disputes.
Elisa is a solicitor of England and Wales and has experience acting for claimants in large-scale collective actions arising from environmental harm and corporate misconduct. Prior to joining the firm, she was involved in several landmark disputes before the High Court of England and Wales, including the Mariana v BHP environmental litigation and Pan-NOx Emissions Group Litigation arising from the global “Dieselgate” scandal. She has also been involved in group actions relating to Uber drivers and the British Airways data breach.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
