Joshua is a Senior Associate in Johnson Law Group’s London office, focusing on consumer and environmental group litigation and cross-border disputes. He is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and in New York.
Joshua has extensive experience with claimant-side litigation in both the United Kingdom and the United States. In the United Kingdom, he has been closely involved in the “Dieselgate” litigation, acting in claims against multiple vehicle manufacturers across 13 separate Group Litigation Orders. In the United States, he has represented consumers in class actions against financial institutions and debt collection agencies, individuals in civil rights claims against local and state governments and officials arising from police misconduct, and employees in a wide range of employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and contract claims against employers.
Earlier in his career, Joshua served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, then of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and now an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
