Lorcan Treacy 

Lorcan is a Senior Associate in the London office of Johnson Law Group, with significant experience working on large-scale commercial disputes and group litigation in the High Court. 

He has been closely involved with the landmark “Dieselgate” litigation, which pursued claims against multiple vehicle manufacturers and currently represents the largest group action in English history. Lorcan acted as the main associate on the individual Group Litigation Orders against multiple automotive manufacturers and supported the wider team in progressing the Pan-NOx Emissions Litigation, culminating in a 13-week liability trial.    

Before joining Johnson Law Group, Lorcan worked at other leading litigation practices in London. His experience includes representing thousands of former sailors in a dispute relating to their ill-health early retirement pensions; assisting a Premier League football club with establishing and running a redress scheme for victims of historic sexual abuse; and defending a law firm in a high-value, cross-border professional negligence case.
