Nishanth Vasanth
Nishanth is an Associate in the London office of Johnson Law Group, specialising in complex, high-value group litigation, with a particular focus on claimant-side disputes before the English courts.
Prior to joining Johnson Law Group, he was part of the legal teams representing claimants in some of the largest group claims in England & Wales, including the Municipio de Mariana & Ors v BHP Group (UK) Limited & Anor litigation arising from the environmental damage caused by the collapse of the Fundão dam in Brazil, and the Pan NOx Emissions Group Litigation concerning the alleged use of defeat devices in diesel engines.
Earlier in his career, Nishanth served as a Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of India, where he assisted on a range of constitutional, commercial, and public law matters.
