Oliver is an Associate solicitor in the London office of Johnson Law Group. He has experience across a range of complex, high-value disputes, with a particular focus on group litigation and civil fraud.
Most recently, Oliver has acted for hundreds of thousands of consumers in the Pan-NOx Emissions Group Litigation against multiple automotive manufacturers arising from the "Dieselgate" scandal. His previous experience includes investor group litigation against Tesco PLC, RBS and Glencore PLC; Covid-19 business interruption litigation; a Quincecare negligence claim against HSBC arising out of a multi-billion dollar Ponzi scheme; a dispute relating to funds subject to a sanctions regime; and a wide-ranging series of related disputes involving fraud, property and rights of confidence and privacy.
Oliver also has experience of bringing claims relating to catastrophic injuries and has acted pro bono for clients facing difficulties following injuries, including matters relating to financial support, employment, benefits and care.
