She has played a central rolein some of the most significant collective actions brought in the Englishcourts in recent years, including the Mariana dam disaster litigation, the Uberdrivers group action, and NOx emissions claims. Her practice sits at the intersectionof commercial litigation, environmental accountability, and human rights,advising claimants in high-value disputes against multinational corporations.
Priyanka startedher career at a leading litigation chamber in India where she gained experiencein international commercial arbitration and complex commercial litigation ondisputes across a range of sectors. She has appeared as counsel in significantcommercial disputes before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of Indiaand has also acted in several pro bono cases and public interest litigationsinvolving issues of environmental protection, corruption and human rights. She has also worked at Volterra Fietta, whereshe advised on complex public international law disputes.
